Comprehensive Eye Care for Every Stage of Life

Your vision and eye health can change over time due to age, lifestyle, medical history, and everyday visual demands. Regular comprehensive eye exams help monitor those changes and identify when additional assessment, treatment, or follow-up care may be appropriate.

At Real Eyes Optometry, we provide a range of eye care services for children, adults, and seniors. Depending on your needs, your appointment may include a comprehensive eye exam, contact lens assessment, dry eye evaluation, myopia management, or care for eye conditions. When appropriate, we’ll discuss your options and work with you to develop a care plan that fits your vision and eye health needs.

Our services include:

Refractive Eye Evaluations

Refractive Surgery Evaluations

Laser vision correction isn’t the right choice for everyone. Before considering procedures such as LASIK, PRK, or lens implant surgery, it’s important to have a comprehensive eye examination to determine whether you’re a suitable candidate.

At Real Eyes Optometry, we provide pre-operative refractive surgery evaluations and post-operative co-management for patients considering vision correction surgery. During your consultation, we’ll assess your eye health, discuss your visual goals, explain the different procedures available, and answer any questions you may have. If surgery is appropriate, we’ll refer you to a refractive surgeon and continue providing follow-up eye care after your procedure.

Common procedures include:

Lens Implant Surgery (EVO ICL and other intraocular lenses) – An option that may be suitable for certain prescriptions or eye conditions.

LASIK – Laser vision correction that reshapes the cornea.

PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy) – A laser procedure that may be recommended for some patients depending on corneal thickness and lifestyle.

radio frequency treatment

Radio Frequency

Dry eye symptoms can develop for many reasons, including changes to the oil-producing glands of the eyelids, aging, screen use, medications, and certain medical conditions.

Radio frequency (RF) treatment is one option that may be recommended as part of a dry eye management plan. The treatment gently warms the eyelids to support the function of the meibomian glands, which help produce the oily layer of your tears. Your optometrist will first assess the underlying cause of your symptoms and discuss whether radio frequency treatment is appropriate for your situation. [3][6][5]

Radio frequency may be considered for symptoms such as:

  • Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD)
  • Dry, gritty, or burning eyes
  • Fluctuating vision
  • Excessive tearing
  • Contact lens discomfort
